Welcome to First Grade!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Middaugh, and I am so thrilled to be your first grade teacher. It's going to be an exciting year with many new adventures and fun filled learning. 

About me: 

I was raised in Elgin and graduated from Elgin High School in 2000. I received my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tarleton State University. I married my high school sweetheart Eric, and we have 3 beautiful children: Logan, Landry, and Lincoln. I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading, shopping, and baking sweets. This is my 17th year teaching. I have taught both 1st and 2nd grades. I have previously taught at Elgin Elementary, Vista Academy of Elgin, and Science Hall Elementary in HaysCISD.
