I am excited to be the first Assistant Principal for Coupland ISD! I can't wait to see our Cowboys grow at the Best Little School in Texas! 

I began my career teaching PreK at the Children's Center of Austin. I became a teacher at  St. Louis Catholic School in Austin, serving 1st and 2nd grades. Upon receiving my Master Reading Teacher certification, I became a Literacy Interventionist in Jarrell ISD, then transitioned to Pflugerville ISD as a Literacy/ESL interventionist. Prior to coming to Coupland, I served as Assistant Principal in Taylor, ISD. I have a passion for growing all students as well as supporting teachers and staff on their professional journey. 

I have an amazing and supportive family and we live in my hometown of Pflugerville. My husband is the Athletic Director at St. Helen Catholic School in Georgetown. Together we run the Austin Area Tourette Syndrome Support Group. We have two wonderful children, Emerson (6 years) and Violet (3 years). I love traveling, reading, music, theatre,and finding ways to make learning fun for students!
