What an amazing day to be a Cowboy🤠!
At our first ever district meet ever high school athlete qualified for the regional cross country meet!
Both of our Varsity girls qualified as individuals Lia Satey placed 6th and Laya Satey placed 9th.
The Varsity boys team placed 2nd overall with Jesus Arenas and Elijah Lee leading the way!
The JH boys team got first place overall and had 4 runners in the top ten. Medals were earned by Jude, Riley, Adrian, and Juan Mejia.
JH girls ran their hearts out and placed 3rd overall.
CHS Varsity will compete in the Regional Championship on 10/27 in College station!
So proud of all the heard work these athletes put in all year. 💙

If approved, the proposed VATRE would generate nearly $263,000 each year, not just one time.
That revenue would become part of the district’s annual operating funding as Coupland ISD continues adding secondary grade levels and serving students across two campuses.

Elementary Newsletter 10.15.26
Mrs. Grose's class read two passages in their groups. They had to determine what the author's purpose was and had to justify their answers. Then they had to prove it to their classmates to see if they agreed with their answer. They used highlighting tape for key words!
Congratulations to second graders, Roux, Isais and Luka, for being 100% fact fluent in addition and subtraction! 🎉

Third grade played tug-of-war to demonstrate balanced and unbalanced forces!
Last week, Dr. Parcell presented at TXEDCON, the annual Texas State of School Administrators and Texas Association of School Boards Conference
